When will we find out if we are accepted?
Our goal is to have the initial invitations extended by the end of the Christmas break.
Every team that has applied will receive communication from us regarding their application (whether it is accepted, rejected or waitlisted).
Teams that do not have a competitive match among other entrants will receive an email advising them of this.
Teams that do not receive an invite will be put on our waiting list in the event an invited team declines their spot.

When would our first game be?
The first games on Friday are at 4:00 pm, but out-of-town teams are usually not asked to play before 5:30 pm.  Every attempt is made to give teams travelling farther distances later slots if they are required to play on Friday.

What is the difference between our Tournament Roster & our Official Team Roster?
Official Team Roster — This is the official roster provided to you by your association which is issued by Hockey Canada. Note: This must be the “approved” version and not the “pending” version.
Tournament Roster — This is a list of players and coaches that will actually be attending the tournament. If an affiliate is replacing a regular player on your roster then list only the affiliate and NOT the player being replaced. The number of players on the Tournament Roster may not exceed the number of regular players on your Official Team Roster.
